1958 base NEW YORK passenger license plate , from ONONDAGA COUNTY (Syracuse and vicinity) in central NY, with black validation tab on one for 1959. Steel plate use a golden yellow base with black embossed lettering. 100% original paint, with no touch-ups. ONLY THE BOTTOM PLATE IN THE COVER PHOTOS IS STILL AVAILABLE (TOP PLATE HAS BEEN SOLD ). Plate is STRAIGHT and lie COMPLETELY FLAT , with no bends, no tears to metal, and no extra holes. Paint is SOLID and STRONG , with still excellent gloss.
